The development of Jiangsu Changle International Import & Export Co., Ltd. dates back to 2002, when it started as Taizhou Changle Metal Products Co., Ltd. and made its mark in the metal products industry. After nearly two decades of dedicated efforts and strategic evolution, the company has successfully transformed from a traditional enterprise focusing solely on metal products manufacturing into a comprehensive private enterprise integrating design, casting, sheet metal, machining, electrical components and complete machine assembly, achieving a leap from “single manufacturing” to “diversified and internationalized operations”.
Corporate Scale & Strength
To date, the company’s total assets exceed RMB 100 million, with over 300 employees, including more than 50 professional and technical personnel, forming a high-quality, professional core team. This team serves as the core engine for technological innovation, ensuring sustained excellence in product quality, and also provides solid support for efficient operations, laying a solid foundation for the company’s scientific management and steady development.
Branch Layout
Based on the company’s 10-year development plan, it has completed the layout of domestic and overseas branches in the first five-year plan period: domestic presence in Jiangsu (1 in Taizhou, 2 in Suzhou, 1 in Yancheng) and Shanghai, and 3 overseas branches in the United States. This global layout aims to expand the market coverage radius, strengthen regional business capabilities and core market competitiveness. In the future, the number and layout of branches will be dynamically optimized in line with strategic adjustments, always reflecting the company’s forward-looking development vision and proactive enterprising spirit.
Group Company Planning
The existing branch layout is an important cornerstone for the company to sprint towards group-based development in the next five-year plan (2026-2031). The group construction will take the parent company as the core, integrate resources of subsidiaries, participating companies and other members, and build a group organizational structure and management system featuring “resource sharing, complementary advantages and coordinated development”. This will not only comprehensively enhance the company’s overall strength and market influence, but also lay a solid foundation for its long-term sustainable development.
